Conditions

Arrivals can be made until 22.00. Please note that the reception is open daily until 17:00. During the winter months, the opening hours may vary. Should you arrive after reception opening hours, notification must be sent by e-mail or telephone to the reception.

Cancellation or early departure

You can withdraw from the contract at any time. For your own safety, however, this withdrawal must be in writing, by e-mail: ul.hcsubtram-gnipmac@ofni. By phone, the resignation is unfortunately not possible. In case of cancellation or early departure, the deposit is a processing and cancellation fee. There is no right to repayment. For the contractual services, the current published publications apply. Telephone, verbal or subsidiary agreements are only valid with written confirmation. For the use of the campsite, our campsite regulations apply in their current version.

Arrival- Departures Times

Pitch:                       Arrival from 12:00 am; Check-out until 11:00 am

Accommodation:  Arrival from 14:00 pm; Check-out until 10:00 am

In order to ensure a smooth process of re-letting, a surcharge of 10% of the total amount will be charged for later departures. The confirmed arrival and departure dates are binding. The local management reserves the right to reassign the desired campingspace or rental object for an important reason.

Check in after opening hours of the reception

You can then move directly to your campingspace on arrival. There is a reservation sign on the reserved space. The power connection is available. For the rental objects, you can then check in as follows: In your reservation confirmation, you will receive a code with which you can open an attached key safe on the reserved rental object. In it is the key. The registration in the reception must in both cases the next morning between 9 – 10 o’clock take place with valid identification. Unless notified, the pitch or rental object will be kept free only until the following day 10:00 am and may then be used elsewhere without any right to purchase or repayment.

Deposit

Upon receipt of your reservation confirmation, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% (Rentals: 50%) of the total amount to our account. The payment is due no later than 14 days after reservation and will be charged with the rent. If the deposit is not received, there is no entitlement to a reservation.
